Adam Zarro, Realtor
Adam Zarro was born and raised on Maui and graduated from Kamehameha Schools Kapalama on O’ahu.
He then received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in Eugene where he studied
Marketing, Finance, and Computer Information Technology all while having a full time job as a sushi chef.
From Oregon, Adam moved to Los Angeles where he spent the next 15 years in outside sales. Receiving
recognition for exceptional income generation for numerous consecutive months at Enterprise Rent-a-car
helped to propel him to District Manager in his next role at ADP in the heart of downtown Los Angeles.
Leaving the payroll industry to pursue loftier goals, Adam accepted the challenge of working in the
construction industry selling commercial building envelope weather proofing systems in southern
California for Tremco Inc. This extensive knowledge of sustainably managing earth’s precious resources
motivated him to continue growing his career at Mars Inc. While working at Mars as a Territory Manager,
Adam spent his time developing, promoting, selling, and innovating new routes to market for Mars
coffee and tea in the western United States. Flying between Seattle, Spokane, Portland, San Francisco, San
Jose, Oakland, Philadelphia, New York, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Phoenix, Denver,
Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, Orlando, and Las Vegas kept him on the road 40 weeks out of the
year. Despite traveling extensively for work Adam found time to facilitate training the next generation of
sales leaders to be well versed in sales and sustainability.
Since moving back to Hawai’i, Adam has been both consultant and contractor, helping to facilitate the
merging to 2 property management companies, he has experience in dealing with a portfolio of over 50

problem solver, his goal is to work hard to make his clients happy, and to build strong, lasting relationships
Hobbies include: surfing, playing ukulele & guitar, traveling, hiking, attending concerts, weight
training, martial arts, coffee/tea, and peanut M&M’s.
