The owners have taken excellent care of this unit and tastefully furnished and painted it. The floors are 18" tile throughout (NO carpet!), and they've added baseboards in all rooms. The 'popcorn' has been removed from the ceilings and they've also been nicely painted. The latest addition to the condo is the "bed in a chest" which replaces the credenza under the living room TV. It is easy to pull out and a pleasure to sleep on vs a sofa sleeper. The King bed has a brand new mattress, and most appliances have been replaced within the past year or two, some come with extended warranty's. The owners have also built custom sliding barn doors, to replace the bathroom and owner's closet doors, and changed out the stack washer/dryer for full-size appliances. Great improvements! You will not be disappointed.
