Countless beaches dot the coast of Oahu, and below we have rounded up some of our favorite place to spend the day soaking in the sun with our toes in the sand.

  • Hanauma Bay

Hanauma Bay, located just 30 minutes southeast of Honolulu, is one of most popular beaches on Oahu for residents and tourists. The beach is part of a nature preserve and is one of the most pristine spots for snorkeling on island. Because it is located within a bay, the water is calm and shallow and perfect for swimming. There are over 400 species of fish in the Bay and you can often spot honu swimming around.
