In November, there were 104 single family homes sold, which is 14.6% more than those sold last November in 2020. The number of sales that closed at $1,000,000 and over increased by 26% when compared to this time last year.

For condos, there were 153 condos sold in November, up from 133 in November 2020. Holding at a steady increase of 9% when compared to this time last year for the second month in a row. This is an increase of 9% when compared to one year ago.

The average days on the market for single family homes increased by 10 days last month to 81 days in November. When compared to this time last year, single family homes on Maui stayed on the market 9% longer this past November.

The average days on the market for condos sold last month was 56 days, down just two days from 58 in September. Condos are selling at a much faster rate when compared to this time last year, the average days on the market is 39.8% lower when compared to November 2020.

Similar to last month, there was a slight price increase in the median sales price for single family homes. The median sales price for single family homes was $989,000 November, representing an increase of 7.5% when compared to this time last year. For condos, the median sales price in November was $725,000. This represents an increase of 29.3% when compared to this time last year.
