In April, there were 107 single family homes sold, which is a decrease of 20% more than those sold last April in 2021. This also represents a slight increase from March 2022 when there were 104 homes sold.

There were 177 condos sold last month on Maui, representing a 33% decrease when compared to this time last year. This represents a slight decrease when compared to March 2022 when there were 185 condos sold.

The average days on the market for single family homes increased slightly from 65 days in March to 67 days in April 2022. This represents a 7% decrease in number of days spent on the market for single family homes when compared to April 2021.

The average days on the market for condos sold remained the same last month when compared to March at 59 days, representing a decrease of 37% when compared to this time last year

The median sale prices for single family homes on Maui increased again last month, with a median sales price of $1,250,000 in April 2022. This represents an increase of 28% when compared to this time last year. For condos, the median sales price in April was $820,000 which is the same as the median sales price in March. This represents an increase of 19% when compared to this time last year.
