There were 60 condos sold last month on Maui, 10 more than were sold in February. Compared to this time last year, this represents a decrease of 36.2%.
The average days on the market for single-family homes decreased in March to 125 days. This represents a decrease of 17.8% when compared to March 2024.
The average days on the market for condos increased from 132 days in February to 145 days in March. This represents an increase of 70.6% when compared to this same time last year.
In March, the median sales price for single-family homes on Maui was $1,295,000, down from the prior month when the median sales price was $1,395,319. This represents a decrease of 0.3% when compared to March 2024.
For condos, the median sales price decreased from $945,000 in February to $822,500 in March. This represents a decrease of 36.8% when compared to this same time last year.
