In October, there were 192 new listings for single-family homes and condominiums.

In October there were 192 new listings for single-family homes and condominiums. Compared to this same time last year that is a decrease of 4.0%. The combined number of sales is lower when compared to a year ago, down by 33.0%.

In October, there were 48 single-family homes sold, which is down from September when there were 66 sales. This represents a decrease of 39.2% when compared to October 2022.

There were 61 condos sold last month on Maui, down from 67 sales in September. When compared to this time last year, this represents a decrease of 31.5%.

The average days on the market for single-family homes increased in October to 85 days. This represents a decrease of 21.3% when compared to October 2022.

The average days on the market for condos decreased from 81 days in September to 66 days in October. This represents a decrease of 8.3% when compared to this time last year.

In October, the median sale price for single-family homes on Maui was $1,269,025, compared to $1,294,500 in September. This represents an 18.0% increase when compared to October 2022.

For condos, the median sales price last month increased from $779,000 in September to $835,000 in October. This represents an increase of 4.4% compared to this same time last year.
