Dog Beach at Honokohau Harbor | Located next to Honokohau Harbor in Kona, an expansive beach with plenty of room to spread out!
Central Bark Dog Park | A newer dog park located in Holualoa with two separate playing areas, one for big dogs and one for small dogs.
Makaula ʻOʻoma | Located in Kona 3,000 feet up on Hualalai Mountain. Choose between two short and moderately challenging hikes, a 1 mile loop and a 2.3 mile loop.
Puʻu Waʻawaʻa Trail | An 8 mile round trip hike to the top of an ancient cinder cone. Bring plenty of water for you and your dog!
Walua Trail | Enjoy this 3 mile paved path for running, biking, and walking located off of Lako Street in Kona.
Island Lava Java | A dog-friendly cafe serving oceanfront breakfast, lunch, and dinner located in Kona on Aliʻi Drive.
Ola Brew | Come here for Hawaiʻi Island brews, ciders, hard seltzers and tea with your pup!
Maui
Baldwin Beach | A dog-friendly beach in Paia known for itʻs long stretch of white sand, calming ocean views, and family friendly vibe.
Down the Hatch | A breakfast, lunch, and happy hour seafood eatery located in Lahaina.
Nakalele Blowhole Trail | Check out this moderately challenging 1.2 mile hike to a blowhole located near Wailuku.
