What would we do without our favorite neighborhood tea or coffee shop? Today we want to spotlight one of our very favorite places to stop for a bite to eat or a delicious tea or coffee drink. Step into

Tealicious CafeTea-licious and you feel as if you have been transported to a European cafe, trust us… once you go in you are going to want to spend the whole afternoon sipping tea and snacking on pastries! Tea-licious Café is a popular spot for Big Island residents, small business owners, workers, and travelers located in Kailua-Kona off Lunapule Road. Café Owner Ivonne manifested Tea-licious Café over almost 20 years and you can feel the amount of love that has been poured into the café since they opened on Valentine’s Day in 2017. Ivonne’s intention behind the atmosphere of the café “was to create a space that felt cozy enough to bring your grandma to” – and with the beautiful vintage style teacups & saucers, the locally made floral inlay cafe tables, and the elegant European style décor, Tea-licious accomplishes the feel of “having tea with grandma”. From oolong teas to black teas and local teas like Mamaki – explore their variety of loose-leaf teas on their menu here. The smells of freshly baked croissants, tarts, and cakes are guaranteed to make sure you don’t leave the café without a warm baked good baked fresh in house every day!
